Kaze Sushi Restaurant

Housed in a store front in Roscoe village, this space underwent complete demolition and reconstruction in order to incorporate the requirements of a quality restaurant. The small interior was designed to be clean and minimal in appearance. The gold Sushi bar is the focal point with back lit shelving on the wall to create a warm glow. With the combination of unusual photographic vinyl wall covering, Louis 16th style chairs and floor tile resembling grass beneath the Sushi bar, the space is unique and simple at the same time. Hilary partnered with the architects at Baumann Studios to provide full services for this project.
